While the lack of air conditioning or a proper fan in our upgraded club room was a downside, the overall cleanliness and appointment were good. The service was friendly but lacked attention at times. The location was large and lively, with nice amenities, although there were some issues with booking the spa in advance online. The dining experience was adequate but not exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
